Shergold Homes' standard specifications include all necessary items a tenant would require to live comfortably. When we are done, your house will be complete with driveways, turf, a letterbox, TV antennae, etc.
An Investor must… the Investor's extras:
Let the bank pay for these things… Indeed it makes a great deal of sense to include a few little things that will make your life easier, your tenants' life more enjoyable and your property easier to maintain. And if you include all these extras at the onset, you can finance and depreciate them so that your financial bottom line is barely affected!
